Sustainable Production
Through Recycled PET
Starindo Jaya Packaging is dedicated to environmental sustainability and has made significant investments in a PET bottle recycling facility located in Kudus, Central Java. This advanced facility, certified with the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) in 2025, demonstrates the company’s active commitment to reducing plastic waste by transforming post-consumer PET materials into recycled PET (rPET) raw materials.

The recycling process involves several stages: collection, sorting according to quality standards, washing, and shredding. These steps produce high-quality rPET flakes that are safe and suitable for reuse. The resulting rPET is then used in Starindo Jaya Packaging’s production of various eco-friendly packaging products.
